  • Alexis Farr

    Founder & Strategic Director
    Growing up in Sydney’s inner-west, Alexis didn’t predict that she’d develop such an unbreakable bond with the ocean. Now she can’t imagine being more than a short walk away… Alexis is a co-founder of Green Island Creative and has a strong academic lean. She is currently shaping her PhD research with the University of Wollongong which will be looking at fish, language and human geography around oceanic and terrestrial water bodies (watch this space). People often comment on her calming presence, which we think helps her get the best results from our client work.

  • Jimmy Woodriff

    Founder & Creative Director
    Pictured feeling pretty clever for helping put a bushfire out… Jimmy came up in the creative industry in Sydney during the early 2010s. After being invited through a backdoor into agency world and getting a view from the top down, Jimmy quickly learned that their Mad-Men-esque patriarchal world was not for him. Creating effective, evolved and ethical brands and brand communications is a passion he’s been pursuing for over a decade since.
